Volunteer Commitment
To fully staff meets and other activities, each family is needed for a minimum of 4 volunteer shifts during the season.
Unfortunately, we have had experiences in the past with parents not meeting their obligations. To defray costs resulting from shortfalls in participation, we now collect a $75.00 volunteer deposit at registration. Volunteer shifts are recorded, and the volunteer deposit is returned to all families which complete the minimum of four volunteer shifts or roles during the season.
Sign-up sheets for volunteer shifts are available at the Open House, early-season Team Parent Meetings, and on the information table at practices.
Parents unable to volunteer during a scheduled shift should notify a board member or coach as soon as possible so that a substitute can be found, and another volunteer opportunity found.
